Today i went TTSH to see my old friend Kong. Hahaha. Oops ... kinda informal here. *switch mode* .... Today i went TTSH to see Doctor Kong , a rheumatology doctor. I was kinda late there cos i was helping my uncle shiftt my new bed into my room *grinz* The bed was not just for me .. but its for my granny too. It is a 2 in 1 kinda bed. Dun feel like describing it.

Dr Kong did not say " Well done Jason! " But he make the point that if i dun take my medicine regularly ... my cartilage might slowly be gone. The cartilage doesn't grow back. The final stage of this symptom is that my hand will not be able to move and will be painful .. which will not happen so fast. This eroding of the cartialge takes time. But sill i have to take my horrbile medication in the correct dosage ... and on time! Sigh. A life of medicine

Dr Lim, the urolgoy doctor whom i see yesterday brought back good news. He say currently there are minor activities happening in my kidney. So actually my kidney is still healthy and okay. Thank God =D. This means : my kidney is okay! cool. Plus i don't have to take any medicine to control this part of my condition. My nxt appointment with Dr Lim will be in one year's time.

After all the buzz ... i went back to california gym. It was amazingly packed with people. Alot of people went there after work to train. So u can see alot of ... erm very nice looking people ... doing nice work-outs! haha. Men the guys really pump alot of iron to get such kind of muscles. I was approach by 1 of the personal assitant who volunteer to measure my muscle mass. He told me i need to gain muscles and introduce me to another personal assistant who is extremely muscular. When he sat next to me ... i was like O_O !!! I got a feeling that he can crush me into a ball and dribble me around the gym anytime! well of course he din do that. He pursuaded me to sign on to a package ... 80 dollars for a session with a personal assitant .... and 8 sessions in all. Total $640. Men they must think that i have a money tree in my backyard. But then again i dun have a backyard. I must say they wasted alot of their saliva pursuading me cos i never ever had the intention of joining the gym in the 1st place. It is too exp ... and coming here is really something of a rich-man experience for me.

I had a pretty good time in the gym again. Very happening men. I stayed in a corner and observe how people use that big big ball to do pumpings and sit-ups. Cool men. The steam bath was great as usual. =D happy me
