THIRTY-SIX years after it was built, the People's Park hawker centre, known for its yong tau foo, pig's organ soup and fried dumplings, will get a much-needed makeover.
Goodbye, Old Gates & Tiles
New refurbished toilets will replace these old ones located at the first floor of People's Park Centre. Work, to begin in March 2005, will take about a year to complete.

Men i'll miss the good food but hey, by march i should be off to Army. So no worries for me =P. Hope they set up newer stores there when i am back 2 years later .. with my botak head of coruse.
