College : Student Council Stepping down ceremony
I was like wow ... the video presentation in the hall really strike the saints, me of course of all the things and fun council had in the past. I couldn't help wondering the days where i took part in the student council election ... but unfortunately din get past .. must be my face ..

Back to context : After the video, there was a very nich .. and very solemn presentation of the student council leaders in our school. As the council walk up 2 by 2's to the front of the hall, they place objects that they have used/received ... items which i supposed that is most memorable to them on an OHP projector thingy .. The projector can project 3D coloured objects. .. dunno wad u call that machine .. and slowly .. 2 by 2 they came ... photographs ... key chains, cards, diaries, neo prints, used packet milked drink ... egg beater ... all their memories .. they leave on the projecting screen. Soon the items grew and overflow .. the pile eneded with a book and a seal with te "26th student council" sticker on top .. pasted by the Student council presdient Wai kiat. Practically everyone had tear-filled eyes and a solemn sad face. I was like men ... wad a time they must have had. with memories left forever deep in their hearts and their posessions. From my blog .. i salute the student council :). I would say it is hard to live up to standards of the prev student council ... but they have put in their best .. and had great bonds that we .. members of the floor nvr imagine. Such spirit ... i miss from Scouts :| . Nevertheless .. They have truelly display saint spirit and their servant leadership qualities :D .. haaa nice nice ..

The next event is abit anti-climax..

College: Racial Harmony Celebration
Nope .. i am not against the celebration ... but this celebration is one of the worst racial harmony day - performance i've ever seen. I guess they have 0 rehersals ... the MC chosen is also a very bad choice ... haaa ... SHE has to learn to be abit sensitive to the audience... to the contestants putting up the show ... and ya ... flexible to adjust to situations ... not saying its easy to be an mc .. b'cos i've only done it once .. and i tok alot of rubbish on stage ...So haa nvm ... racial harmony celeb this yr to me is really cmi ...

Anywayi am kinda deeply impacted by the stepping down ceremony. It reminds me of the message that i've learnt from Emerge Conference. That no matter who we are ... what we do or what become out of us ... what matters most to i would say most of us .. especially me .. is the legacy that we leave behind. Do we do something impactful in our generation ..? in our school? or maybe just in somebody's life? I believe as what pastor Kong has said .. we are called to make a difference. Erm oh no .. very late liao !! i msut sleep .. haha so end off liek tat .. =þ good nite
