SFC --- Saint For Christ
Well it all starts at Chaplin's Hour ... where all the saints gather to sing praises and worship. Today we also celebrated Soo chin and Yihui's Birthday. Men they got so many presents liao ... *green with jealousy* hahha nah kidd'. So i got to eat this nice chocolate cake ... which is fabulous :P ... and men both of them got the biggest share .. *green with jealousy* x2 ... haha .. Anyway .. we tok tok den later i went to makan. After that .. i went for my very first Saints for Christ meeting. [ for yr info .. it's my new CCA now :) ] cool men! I signed up for the prayer ministy in SFC ... so i would be doing alotta praying =P

After the short meeting, we had bible study .. and i got into Marvin's Cell group. He's a pretty funny chap with lots cranky jokes. So we got to learn about love - thru Humility. Humility is putting others b4 oneself. And the general message is from the verse in Romans 12 ~

"For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith"
Romans 12:3

Well upon entering SFC .. i've also learnt abt a disturbing news ........................... it's abt division among SFC members ... hmm more precisely .. among christians in our school. In my perspective .. SFC is divided into different groups due to diff church background. It is somehow vague to me how serious is this divide. But i noe some city harvesters from my church seems abit divided from the other christians from our sch. I need to find out more b4 i comment. And Samuel .. SFC president brought out a certainly good an important point ~

"For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ."
1 Cor 12:12

And if u read on ...
"14 For in fact the body is not one member but many. 15 If the foot should say, "Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body," is it therefore not of the body? 16 And if the ear should say, "Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body," is it therefore not of the body? 17 If the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where would be the smelling? 18 But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased. 19 And if they were all one member, where would the body be? 20 But now indeed there are many members, yet one body. 21 And the eye cannot say to the hand, "I have no need of you"; nor again the head to the feet, "I have no need of you." 22 No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary. 23 And those members of the body which we think to be less honorable, on these we bestow greater honor; and our unpresentable parts have greater modesty, 24 but our presentable parts have no need. But God composed the body, having given greater honor to that part which lacks it, 25 that there should be no schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another. 26 And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. Basically, we are a team ... more strictly speaking ... the body of christ .... We cant really do without being together as one force ... and one family.
Somehow .. i feel that the ciry harvesters in this sch is divided from the saints family. I am determined to resolved the issue and hope for the better :)

"For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. 6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith"

hehe looks like i have blog out another biblical essay :) ... For my christian Friends ... pls look and take caution of its words. For my non-christian friends .. errr reading kills boredom ? haha err dun b'cos of tis shun away from my blog ... Anyway i encourage u to read ... y? cos u may neber noe how tis words may somehow appear helpful in certain parts of yr life. ok i need to do some serious studying liao ...
