Class outing ... or strictly speaking school excursion ~~

Hehe ... Tuesday ... men we should have hockey training today .... but because of this excursion ... there will be no hockey training for me ... hehe [ and i get to get home early .... y? cos the place we're visiting is @ chinatown !! =P ] Coolz ... After school [ last period bio] ... our class continued to rot in the Lecture theatre while everyone else left. Initially we planned to go chinatown and " walk walk " ... street-stroll ... haha ... but in the end we end up @ harbour front .. having snacks and toking rot as usual. Dan's lameness have been wide-spreading to everyone ... lol and everyone seems to be lame today... And ya ... our class like jon said ... is very enthu about angel and mortal game ... the boys are guessing their angels[girls] and vice versa ..... lotsa stuffs ... and speaking about this ... !!! my angel is verrrry lazy ... almost all the guys has received their gifts and i seem to the only one left :( .... lazy angel .... even i got my own mortal her gift !! gotta *arbish* *kapow* my angel until she send me a gift. hmm back to the subject.

Ya ... ate stay noodle at harbour front ... continue to tok tok tok ... and soon we board the bus to the tea-house. ya tat's rite ... tat's the place we r supposed to be in ... so it's chinese-tea learning for us !! [ just fore curious minds -- the tea-house is just across the street from fairfield methodist church .... which was my kindergarden sch =) ]

We settled down on the third floor ... and the person-I/C began explaining how to prepare chinese tea with the tea set and tea powder .... After learning .. we get to prepare the tea ourselves :) ... hehe yummmzz did i mention there is dessert ?? =P i shall simply describe the procedures ... put tea bag in to tea pot ( using wat marc call "spatula") after sterilizing the utensils with hot water. Place hot water inside and pour in out after 5 secs ... fill it up and pour it into cups after 30 secs ... haha tink i am missing out in some details ... anyway ... to taste the essence of chinese tea .. you have to rely both on yr taste buds and nose to smell the fragrance of the tea from the cup :) ... wat they call sweetness in the smell .. helps to enhance the taste ..

We get to exp not just the aromatic chinese-teas ... we get to eat tea-biscuits and tea-boiled eggs and desert .. and really it mind sound weird but they taste great .. Especially the biscuits :) .. Jasmine flavoured and ?? flavoured cookie. After that we played games as usual ..... the number game " zhong1 mi2 mi4 ma3" So whoever got the unlucky number have to be forfeited =) ... The 1st forfeit was to eat the tea leaves :) ... the 2nd punishment is to eat calcium carbonate ... haha the egg shell from the tea-boiled eggs ... 3rd punishment ... guess what ... to do a dance .... have u watch American idol ?? but even if u dun ... i guess u would noe who is william huang :) and the person must sing and dance like him !! hahah very funny ... men and guess what .... when it was my turn .. i only have 2 numbers to choose ... 147 ... and 148 .... hehe and men i am blessed :P .. i din get to do the dance and singing haha ... marc got the golden opportunity instead ... and he did the dance very well ... all of us laugh our hearts out .... really funny ... After a few rounds of games .. it was homeward-bound soon .. we took a few class photos before we left that place .... it was a real fun visit ... got to taste good food and had a real relaxing time there ... :P

[BRR ... back tooo reality ... arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh .... got 2 upcoming test these week ... [--]' may god blast me ... lol bless me i mean ] dun take it too serious, god ...
