[ personal ramblings ] an awesome week! well jsut came back a day's long of activities.. The most exciting one was Ps Phil Pringle's Conference. He's a great man of many personalities! A great artist (ahh i always fail art :P) , singer, TV personality and leader of his great Church .. Christian City Church. His message are really revelational! And though i miss the first service due to my 24h camp duty ... i shall find myself some time to listen to it online :) Well this week's also Mother's Day week. To all the mothers in the world .... H a p p y .... M o t h e r ' s .... D a y ! Well truthfully speaking... i've never celebrated Mother's day for my Mom in my life before. I will usually get a little uneasy, or jumpy whenever Mother's day come. Cos everyone is getting gifts.. appreciations .. and doing something special for their dear moms. I've only bought once a gift for my mom and it was collected by my dad a few months later to be given to h...

[ wordz-(da)-man ] haa. i came a across a funny word this week. Guess the meaning of the word. .. Spoonerism if ya tinking it has to do with spoons.... tink again! i'm not going to spoon-feed you! okok it means... spoonerism : (n) The transposition of usually initial sounds in a pair of words. For example : We all know what it is to have a half-warmed fish ["half-formed wish"] inside us Let me sew you to your sheet ["show you to your seat"]. Is the bean dizzy ["dean busy"]? It is kisstomary to cuss ["customary to kiss"] the bride. hope ya have much fun as much as i had. ;) cheers.

[ personal ramblings ] Last week was really a great week.. If there's one thing i enjoyed .. it's to fellowship with my friends over a meal. Well i don't usually talk much over a meal unless i was caught in a moment of zeal or excitement. Very unpredictable one! If not i'll just listen to my friends munch and babble away about everything under the sun. [ and moon and stars and ... oh well. hehe ]. It's hard to even catch up with my friends to chat or go out over a simple tea these few days. Can you imagine ? Most of the people i know are just very busy in their very own world. and yah that includes me too. :) But i like one of my self-created quotes ... " We need each other to be ourselves." There's a time for God. A time for building our future. A time to earn a living. and also a time to get togehter wif our family and friends... At the end of the day, i wanna live happily so that i will know every day...... i've did something that adds a whole...

My Cell Group Leader ... aka my Mom Karista had her birthday last week! We had a real special celebration. Ahh come to think about it ... she always prays that she get a boyfriend every year! haa ha... so guess what we gave her for her birthday? a super gigantic extra-large Box that we call .. Mystery gift of the night ;) The mystery ingredient in the box :D. My Dad! :P She got a big card made by Chong and my Dad with her. Ahh her dream came true :P so thoughtful of us right ?? I became a rockstar ! at least a rockstar-to-be ... in Bent Merchants Studio. This very day ... our band has cometh forth with an astounding name that ... wad seems like hours to decide outside the MRT station -_- ... and the name is.......... Sound Check ! We came out with many goofy names like ... 23:59, D.f.e.r. , the noobs, DayDreamers, the Slackers , Oi Eric! and many other funny names. But well Soundcheck sounds real cool enough. hmm .. the meaning behind the name you ask ? Well it means what it says. :D buaha. We are the soundcheckers. check us out. lol. [ personal ramblings ] A very simple week i had. :) But still .... many interesting things happen along the week. ... like the speech gave by Prem in office on Friday. It's out of the blue. real surprising. I'm not sure what he's thinking at that point. But i admire his guts. And yea! There are new teammates in my team. Ahoy! welcome aboard soldier :) Sad things happened too. A buddy of mine in camp went off to another military confinement quarters for 5 days. I just hope he'll be better after he returns. I've also re-signed up for my A-levels examination. It's official. I haven't hit my books yet. the thought of hitting back the same books is dreadful .. But I know this year will definitely be better than last year. It will definitely be. Hmm i just wanna share and pen down my thoughts about what i heard from a CD the Prem had loan me to hear.
