Back to Gym ... Men today's gym workout was horrible. It was very cold in the morning and i was caught with a flu. Wad's more i decided to try a new speed on the treadmill .. which ends me up wheezing and panting at the end of 10 mins. I was suppose to jog 20 mins. I tried to jog again ... but i was hit by giddy spells. Men tat was really messed up. The flu and the coldness wasn't improving the situation either. I ended up resting for about 20 mins b4 i do muscle building exercises. I skipped my usual suana/steam bath session because i am gonna sun tan later. [at the sunny island -Sentosa ]. I met up with Fun and turtle at Harbour Front hawker centre later after my terrible gym workout for lunch b4 we took the Sentosa bus to Sentosa. We went directly to Padawan beach and started off by exploring a bridge [which 3 of us did not went b4]. Later we found a good spot where we lay our things down and slam ourselves down on the big plastic chairs provided for sun-tanners. F...

Well today was cell group. We played an interesting long lost game which Yi Jie reminded me of when he told me about it last time. You have to say 3 things about yourself ... one of which is false. Everyone has to guess wad the "false" thing is. Turns out to be pretty fun. Today a pretty girl join our cell group for makeup cell. She is call Juliet and is a big big anime fan. She loves Naruto and she also knows all the character's poses and their magic fingerings. So cute. She loves cos-playing : a term which is used to describe real life people posing/acting as Anime characters.... in their actions, words and dressing. Haa it was featured in Today's Lifestyle- Strait Times Newspaper. She went for Cos-play competition before! Pretty interesting! She is also very musically talented. She knows how to play alot of Piano songs and even Guitar. I was like -__- ... damn inferior down there. She played my favourtie Cannon In D on piano, evermore on guitar ... and she also...

Well service was excellent today. We learn more about Sing-o-Barren, and the 4 directions of Faith. After service, i went JP with Janet, Alex, Grace and Jian Xiang. We had a pretty good time down there... eating and fellowshipping. Later Jian Ye, Me, Yi Jie and Kelvin went to MacCafe for a drink. Kelvin educated me alot about coffee like eg: Espresso is the strongest form of coffee.. And how they make the foam on top of the coffee. bla bla and more. Later we talk again about past cell group stuff and again .. i can only sit there and listen. Well listening isn't bad, I just dunno how to participate in their conversation. Maybe i was too tired jsut now. I feel very tired after my dinner. Zzz. I learn how to lpay 2 new guitar songs today! Twinkle twinkle little star and Happy Birthday. lol ... dun laugh at me. I am only a beginner. I will strive to learn more songs and chords. I am abit better at playing chords but i still ahve trouble changing chords. Sigh. Need alot of practise...

Just chatter with Dawn. Dawn showed me a site. I was kinda shocked when i see that site. It just shows how this world has been badly corrupted by this -neglience/ignorant/racist/superiorism culture. Something conversionists, Christians or just simple normal people are disappointed or outraged about. By DJ's of a radio station in NYC. Can u imagine that? The management allows these radio to blabber away and even after so ... no apologies were issued. Went out with Niger. Niger have family problems and therefore needed my company. Sigh.... to me .. running away or staying away from yr family isn't gonna solve the prob. Well i pray their family problem will resolve. He said he's gonna treat me to lan gaming. Haaa bluff me in the end. Never treat me one X_X Iplayed DOTA and CS today. Niger isn't good at CS. He looks pretty piss when he played with me cos i keep killing u. But he used to be good from what he told me. Anyway we had our fun. Later i met up with Ken and Chong for anotehr session of lan. Its quite an overloading experience ... to play lan again and again. Got very tired at the end. Zz lol i am too tired to type. I shall end here. :P

Today i went TTSH to see my old friend Kong. Hahaha. Oops ... kinda informal here. *switch mode* .... Today i went TTSH to see Doctor Kong , a rheumatology doctor. I was kinda late there cos i was helping my uncle shiftt my new bed into my room *grinz* The bed was not just for me .. but its for my granny too. It is a 2 in 1 kinda bed. Dun feel like describing it. Dr Kong did not say " Well done Jason! " But he make the point that if i dun take my medicine regularly ... my cartilage might slowly be gone. The cartilage doesn't grow back. The final stage of this symptom is that my hand will not be able to move and will be painful .. which will not happen so fast. This eroding of the cartialge takes time. But sill i have to take my horrbile medication in the correct dosage ... and on time! Sigh. Gym-ashaga I woke up early ... well much earlier than the time i usually wake up. I ate a banana .. do some stretching .. and march happily to California Gym at Sommerset [ Not Raffles this time] ... ,the other branch, to take a look at their gym there. Woa i am amaze at the number of hotties there. haha erm abit crude word. Wad i mean by hotties is ... very muscular guys and girls there.^^ + + when i mean muscular ... i really mean muscular! Their muscles are as big as their face. I jsut went out with Victor and Wanyi and tutle. We went Penisula place [next to Funan Centre] to a lil' guitar shop down there. There are so many nice guitars down there! Acoustic, Rock , Classical .. basically all 3 varieties are there. There are quite alot of cool models ... Victor ... my ex-cg member was an guitar expert. So he is here to help me choose a good guitar! The first question of is : whether spraying paint the guitar will effect the quality of sound ... And he replied : yea cos the paint will affect the sound quality in a way. Well the trip was more like a know-your-guitar-handling basics and know-your-guitar-accesories fundamentals crash course. I was expose to a wide range of guitar accessories .. such as their different picks, different tunning equipment, different strings and guitar polish. I am so excited .... Haa i plan to go California tmr again! Cant get enough of it. Gonna train train train! No slacking time. The facilities there were pretty posh and sweet in its own sense to use. I am gonna burn fat and inject muscles to all parts of my body this week! Plus plus ..... i am gonna go for their steam bath. The truth of getting to enjoy all these fun for free is still pretty hard to grasp. Nevertheless, i will savour every moment of it. Buahahahha The not so exciting part ... a trip to ........... California Fitness Men i am totally awe-struck when i enter the gym. Its very high-class men! They have alot of TV's [in silent mode] playing to entertain the sweaty-heads in the gym. They have very cool .. rocky/trance tracks playing on the background. Builds up the mood pretty well. I did a short survey with my caretaker before i was issued a card to get my big n small towel. Well actually i don't have to pay a single cent for this gym trip. In another words ... FREE! Wahaha ~ My friend - Wanyi is a member of this gym and she can bring a friend with her, which is me! and there i am! I can enjoy 14 days foc gym training from today till 2 weeks time. Rocks rite? buahaha. I tried alot of equipments today. Very exciting! They have the pulling thing too which i played at Clementi gym. I train like like mad men. Men today is a very tiring day! haaa. I am ushering for service and there are lots of things to carry up and down ... pack ... etc.. I miss my TM - Traffic Marshal duty because of the packing of Cd's and Harvest Times magazines. My back was acheing at the end of it. Haa. When i see Xiu Wen today ... she look more like panda today. She is really juggling alot of work. She is studying + working at the same time! Sometimes even after her netball training ... [ which i heard she's running 5 km nxt round ] .. she still have to return to work! Men i think her job is taking alot out of her. She can't quit or she'll have to pay for 100 bucks for her stupid uniform. Poor girl. She's working to ease alittle of some of her parent's financial burden. That is really admirable. Well i try to say more nice things to her to cheer her up now. haha .... but she's always mean to me. Well i guess i have to give and take .... and when the time comes[when she's not working...

1st Cell Group of 2005! Haa get to see all my cell friends yet again! Was kinda nice. Today we had cell group at a new location. - Nanyang Technological University (NTU) - Music room[specifically speaking]. It was kinda big nice room and JX bought nice drinks for us. So cool. New environment for the year. And this room is gonna be utilise by our cg very often as for now. Really miss going back to Chua's house and visit them at same time .... Cell group was kinda long this time. We started around 1.15 and ended around 3.30 ... plus mom was meeting with the cg helpers and hence we ended around 4.30 ++. Haa so it was a real happening day. Well with people like me ... there will always be many coool *happenings*! cos i am very *happening* ... lol kidi' .. but seriously ... we spend a pretty long time in the room. Kinda got alittle frost*bite* from the long exposure to the air-con in the room. Anyway mom shared alot of things to us. She also called us to be more of a fighter ...

Today is library day again! I went with turtle to visit Jurong Community Library. Yea that library is huge! But its kinda fun to be in big big places like this. We firs visit the Childrens' books section at the basement. It was like all other children's section in other libraries. They have miniature chairs and tables here and there are also windows [even at the basement.] There are very few kids in the library since its weekday and we arrive there at the early afternoon period. Later, we went to explore some books and came across the arts section. We went to see some paintings drawn by famous artist like Piccasso, Van Golf, and many more. Turtle explained to be about Piccasso as the pioneer of cubism paintings. It was fairly interesting. The more interesting part was when we try to decipher the various paintings of picasso... some of which is really horribly distorted. Pretty fun! Some paintings give a different outlook when u view it in different perspective. So most of...

Today i went to Chinatown again! To accompany this little girl! haa. She's very mafan. Have to buy her food and help her carry bag. haha. But its kinda fun in a way la. This little friend loves to ask me to buy food! She always eat alittle and give me the rest of the big pile she ordered. haa ~ Anyway i witness something new today! Tehre was this circus-like performance which afew China boys & girls [i assume] performed at a hot spot in Chinatown. The cute part is that there are these little kids watching and they are very adorable. The way they concentrate on the performers and laugh really remind me of my childhood days - where we are young, innocent and very absorbed or "taken into" in everything that is new to us. A walk in Chinatown... Ahhh Finally the season's festive magic has hit Chinatown .... fully! I can feeel it so tangibly!! hahah. Pineapple tarts here i come!!. Love pineapple tarts. Well that was sideline. I went roam the streets of Chinatown today... to have a quick first-hand feel of the Chinese New year buzz. Everywhere was selling Chinese New year goodies. Lots of 3 for $10 food. There are taiwan sweets, New year Chinese traditional clothings, normal shirts/pants, fire-startlers, road-side food, cd's, dvd's ... men there are so much things on sale! Tehre are dvd's selling at as low as 9.90 and vcd as low as 5 bucks. There is also this crappy self-proclaimed king of ace guy displaying his tricks on the roadside. I have to hear him crap for 5 mins b4 he perform a simple trick. Getting the 4 aces from a debt. haa! After seeing, that i immediately scrambled off to other shops. Woa pretty cool day. I played Diablo 2 .... died many times T_T. I am gonna play again and den read my puzzle book! Plans of next week 1) Gym and badminton at least twice. Weeeeeeeeeee .... went to gym today in the morning! With turtle once again ... haha cos all the others i call all not free + most of my guy frens are in NS. T_T .... Anyway we played table tennis 1st! Men my table tennis has gobne from bad to worst. All my basic strokes are gone!! Turtle learn the game pretty fast :P. She loves to send balls flying to my face. Or is it the balls just love me :P ? haha Well i went to Clementi Gym - 2.50 for the whole day. IT was very niceee! I got to see many equipments i never see before in my pathetic SAJC gym. There is one particular machine that turtle introduce me ... where u actually play tug of war in a sitting position with the machine. Very cool!! haha.. very nice exercise. At the end of the gym work out ... my hands are pretty tired and there seem to be a knot at my abdomen area. Good signs! These might be signs of what turtle told me as "Weekend warrior Syndrome". Who You are Makes a Difference A teacher in New York decided to honor each of her seniors in high school by telling them the difference they each made. Using a process developed by Helice Bridges of Del Mar, California, she called each student to the front of the class, one at a time. First she told them how the students made a difference to her and the class. Then she presented each of them with a blue ribbon imprinted with gold letters which read, "Who I am Makes a Difference!" Today is library day. Well the past 2 months has been intense gaming for me. So much so that i got really sick of my com. haa poor com. Well the fact remains. I have to find something more meaningful to do. I decided to go to gym .... learn a new skill .. probably guitar .... and go read books. Yeaaa ... books can be fun. haaa especially comics !! =P Today i went book hunting with turtle @ Orchard library. I thot i was late but soon as i arrive orchard MRt ... common sense hit me. How can i be slower than turtle ? lol. She was much much late-r than me. All hail queen of the slow-coaches. lol. Our 1st stop aint the library. It was popular =D. We went to see Celestial Zone 2 comics. Those are the only kinda comics that i have been readign so far. I'm not a big fan of Anime and Manga ...... but i don't mind people introducing me good Manga titles. :P. Celestial Zone was interesting enough anyway. And ya .... turtle ventured into books about ... - guys and girls relationship...

I just got my enlistment letter. I am going in 11 March. That's about 2 months time. 2 months will past very fast if i don't wisen up and spend my time properly now. Playing games and wasting each day away doesn't seem to help much. I've got to start learning something new + prepare myself for Army. I really hope i will recover fast from my sickness. I'm still having cough flu and headache though it is better than the high fever i've got last week .. which was really hell. I have to start planning and plan well for my year to make it a real good year. Happy year on~!

New year Eve's Special What can i say, everyday should be a special day. I love Christmas. But yet days after that ... there are unhappy events - tsunami. It just tells something that is very true in reality. Every person in this world ..... is not exactly rising up to occasions and having the same fun we Singaporeans ... or evem more strictly speaking .. what me + my family & friends do. That is why each moment spent in every second of our life is precious and special. New year's coming and i haven been out for so long since this 2 months after A's. Being a fortunate Singaporean ... i get to have alot of fun.. Enjoy day and night and look forward to another day's offer. I watched 4 movies all in all this month. An incredible feat i must say .. judging by the big fat hole in my wallet at the end of the month. haa~ Well Ocean 12 was nice and witty. Meet the Fockers was cute and funny.
